Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Bigwig Jerky purchase please return the package to us and we will provide a full refund. We are 100% confident in our product and adhere to all Food Safety QLD rules, regulations and guidelines.

Our jerky is free of any nasty preservatives and supplied in quality sealed packaging. Packaging may become damaged in transport thus resulting in changes to the quality of the jerky. Although all effort will be taken in carefully packing and distributing our jerky, we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs in the shipping process once the product has left our premises.
