Bigwig Jerky is gearing up for the upcoming Brisbane BBQ Festival, to be held on July 2.

Last year’s BBQ Festival was a massive success for Bigwig Jerky, with our stall selling out in just 4 hours. We’ve seen the demand and we’re working hard to make as much jerky as possible for round 2, especially since this year’s BBQ Festival will be bigger than ever, with the venue moving to the Brisbane Showgrounds at Bowen Hills.

Beyond Bigwig, the festival is sure to be a great day out, with live BBQ demonstrations, workshops, market stalls, live music, and of course, heaps and heaps of good BBQ food.
