Our jerky is hand crafted in Brisbane’s northside. Our recipes are the result of months of experimentation with just the right combinations of fresh ingredients. You won’t find any preservatives, additives or anything but the good stuff in a pack of Bigwig jerky.
Beef Jerky is a healthy alternative to other savoury snacks, as its high in protein, but low in fat and sugars.
We ship out our beef jerky from Brisbane to fans all over Australia and beyond. Our core flavours include:
